How will I know my order has been processed?

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please be sure to include a correct e-mail address, or you will not receive a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us by e-mail or at 301-645-8001.

How can I track my order?

Go to http://orders.asppa.org. You will need your confirmation number and invoice number or you will need to know the shipping address of the order.

How do I place an expedited order?

Call the ASPPA Book Order Department at 301.645.8001 or fax a completed publications order form to 301.843.0159. All orders must be received by 2 p.m. ET to be shipped that day. Orders received after 2 p.m. ET will be shipped the following day. Expedited shipping is not available for online orders.

What are the shipping costs for The ERISA Outline Book?

Quantity Shipping prices apply to each set of The ERISA Outline Books purchased.
Example: Shipping and handling for 2 sets of The ERISA Outline Books shipped out Regular Ground would cost $50.00.

Regular Ground $25.00 ($5.00 for Single-User CD and Network License CD orders)
Allow approximately 10-14 days upon receipt of order. This is an estimate.

Ground Rush $35.00 ($15.00 for Single-User CD and Network License CD orders)
Allow approximately 5-7 days upon receipt of order. This is an estimate.

Air Rush 2nd Day $55.00 ($22.00 for Single-User CD and Network License CD orders)
Allow two days upon receipt of order by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. If received after 2:00 p.m., allow three days. Guaranteed.

Is international shipping available?

International shipping is available. Delivery time will depend on country of destination and courier service. Shipping fee will be 20% of the order total.

What is the shipping time on my order?

Customers must allow two to three weeks for shipping unless the expedited option is selected. Expedited orders are shipped 2nd day delivery, but in order to go out the same business day, orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. If expedited orders are placed later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern time, they will be shipped the following business day via 2nd day delivery. To place an expedited order, you MUST call the ASPPA Book Order Department at 301.645.8001 or fax your completed publications order form to 301.843.0159. Expedited ordering is not available online.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

You will not be charged for an item until it is in stock.

How can I return an item?

All returns must be sent to the address below. Returns sent to any other address may have a rerouting fee applied.
